Where should we stay?
We kindly ask that all our guests stay at our host resort Dreams Macao Beach. We want our wedding celebration to be a vacation experience for everyone and we'd love to spend some time with you outside the Wedding Day, be that at the pool, or by sharing a few meals and drinks together. We have set aside a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at this resort and we ask that you make your reservation through our travel coordinator MarieSam.

When should we arrive?
If you've traveled all this way, we'd love for you to make a vacation out of it and join us as early as possible. Our room block is available as early as April 25 to May 2, 2024. And the Wedding Day is on Saturday, April 27, 2024. We recommend that you arrive at least 2 days before the Wedding Day. But please come and stay as long as you'd like. 

What should I wear to the wedding?
Please dress formally for the wedding. Think beachy, but elegant.

Are kids invited to the wedding?
While we love your family, this is an adults-only wedding celebration. So only those 21 and over are invited.  

What do we do about transportation in the Dominican Republic?
Transportation to and from Punta Cana Airport to Dreams Macao Beach is included with our group block rates.  

Do you we have to stay at Dreams Macao Beach? Can we stay somewhere else and still attend your wedding?
All guests must stay at our host hotel to attend our wedding celebration. If you are not staying at Dreams Macao Beach, you will be required to pay a day pass to attend our wedding ceremony and reception for the day. 

What is the weather like? What should we pack?
Punta Cana, Dominican Republic is typically hot and humid throughout the year -- temperatures are usually in the high 80s to 90s. We recommend bringing light summer clothing and swimsuits. Other helpful essentials include sunblock, water shoes, swim coverups, flip-flops, sunglasses, etc. Think beach vacation with beach elegant attire for the Wedding Day and beach chic attire for dinners on the other nights during your stay.
